Disclaimer: Our website is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age or the applicable age of adulthood in the jurisdiction from which the website is accessed, and we prohibit the use of the site by minors. We do not collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us via email or through our official channels. DATA WE COLLECT

You provide us with some data directly when registering an account with OppaiMan or by registering through your Patreon account. Other data is provided automatically through “cookies” or from third parties, such as Patreon or other of OppaiMan’s partners. The type of data we collect depends on the type of Service you are accessing on our platforms.

1. Data You Provide

We collect the data you choose to provide us with, such as your date of birth or email for registration and verification. You do not have to share information when requested, but if you refuse, you may not be able to access certain OppaiMan Services or enjoy all our content. We also collect the information you voluntarily provide when signing up for email alerts, using social features like forums or chat, signing up for early access to our games, using our developer tools (including for creating and publishing games and other content), responding to surveys, or contacting us via player support or customer service requests.

2. Data We Collect Automatically

We collect some information automatically when you visit, access, or use OppaiMan’s services. This includes what Services you play or use, your purchases, rights, and other activities on the Store, generally related to your account being logged in or your device identifier.

The type of information we automatically collect may vary, but typically includes:

• How you interact with OppaiMan services, such as which apps or game you've used, when and for how long you access Services, your gaming attempts, progress, and results, saved preferences, bug reports, URLs of our sites that you've visited, referral URLs, how many times you clicked, and the type of device you are using.
• Technical details of your computer, mobile phone, or any device you use to access our services, such as IP address, device identifiers, internet service provider, plugins, and other technical information about your device (like brand, model, operating system, and browser).
• The general location of your device, which we typically obtain from your IP address.

3. Data We Collect from Third Parties

Sometimes we obtain information from third parties to use along with the data we collect. For example, if you link your Patreon account to your OppaiMan account, Patreon may share information with us according to their privacy policy. We also collect, for instance, advertising information and third-party analytics to help support our marketing initiatives, enhance OppaiMan Services, and better manage our advertising campaigns.

And just to remind you, if certain features of OppaiMan are provided by third parties, they may also collect automatic information and record your use of OppaiMan services, their own, or other websites over time. For example, if you use services that include third-party software, those providers may collect data using their own technologies. However, these features follow their privacy policies, not ours.

PERSONAL INFORMATION 

In summary, based on your use of OppaiMan Services, the following categories of information may have been collected and disclosed for commercial purposes.

• Identifiers, including name, in-game name (if applicable), username, email address, billing address, phone number, IP addresses, unique device ID, and online identifiers.
• Characteristics of classifications, including date of birth, gender, and health information aimed at accessibility.
• Commercial information, including interaction with OppaiMan Services, customer support information, purchase history, payment methods, and other payment information.
• Internet activity information or other electronic networks.
• Other information, including research data (preferences, interests, general demographic information, hobbies, favorite games) and information regarding contest participation
• Inferences are drawn from the non-sensitive categories of information listed above, including consumer preferences. We do not infer characteristics through sensitive personal information.

Remember that the information you share in social features (such as comments, chat and voice communications) are public—be careful when using them! Do not share sensitive information in Application discussions.

GAME DEVELOPER

To become a content creator (or developer) on oppaiman.com, you must link your Patreon Creator account to our site. By default, all games accept payment through your Patreon (using the Patreon public API). With this integration, we can access your public information and redirect the payment through the selected Tier to your Patreon account. In this case, OppaiMan.com does not handle any of your data — the transaction is simply redirected and processed by Patreon in accordance with their policies.

If you choose to also receive payments through methods not linked to Patreon and offered by OppaiMan.com via partnerships with payment providers, you must create an account with the partner of your choice (PayPal, Payoneer, or others). Your chosen partner may request information such as your bank account, name, email, and other personal details to proceed with withdrawals. These partners may share personal data, such as your name and email address, with OppaiMan for payment verification and compliance. For tax purposes, you may be required to provide additional information.

Depending on your location and the type of content you will create, you may need to provide some data, such as email, phone number, username, password, full name, address, social security number (or equivalent), country of residence, company number or tax ID (for tax recognition), date and/or place of birth, banking information, adult content creation identification, copy of your ID, and proof of residence.

Remember: any violation of your rights or questions regarding data related to payment partners should be resolved directly with them.

HOW WE USE AND SHARE DATA

We use and share the information we collect (alone or in conjunction with other information, as described in this Policy) to help us provide, improve, personalize, analyze, and promote OppaiMan services.

• We personalize your experience, showing content we think you will like based on what we see you doing (if you play a lot of a certain type of game, we might suggest similar ones).
• We promote OppaiMan services by managing and measuring the effectiveness of our ads, promotions, surveys, and events.
• We organize alpha, beta, or early access tests (and gather feedback).
• We conduct data analysis to better understand how OppaiMan services are used and improve them.
• We comply with legal or contractual obligations and enforce our terms.
• We protect OppaiMan services, such as detecting fraud and keeping OppaiMan and other users safe from harmful actions.

Sometimes OppaiMan processes information that does not identify you, such as aggregated or anonymous data from other sources, to better understand larger user groups. If we combine this information with yours, we treat it as explained in the privacy policy to respect your rights. Just to clarify, this policy does not prevent us from using this non-identifying information for any legally permitted purpose.

When We Share Data

We do not share your contact data (such as your email or home address) with independent third parties without your knowledge, except as described in this policy (for example, to enforce the Terms of Service, to protect OppaiMan services, for access to external platforms, or if we are required to do so by law or to respond to legal proceedings). We do not sell your information to independent third parties. We also do not share your information with independent third parties for cross-behavioral advertising.

If we eventually stop providing OppaiMan Services, we may share your information with the buyer.

We allow interactions with third parties to enhance your experience, but our policy does not apply to entities we do not control or instruct, nor that are part of our economic group. We cannot guarantee that independent third parties will follow the same practices as us, so please read their policies and terms before sharing information with them.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can request that OppaiMan provide access to, correct, or delete personal information we have collected from you. To do so, send requests to access, update, or delete your personal information from your OppaiMan account by contacting us at help@oppaiman.com, or change it directly in your OppaiMan/Patreon account. Note: sometimes we may need additional information to verify who you are before processing your request.

If you wish to change your email marketing preferences, simply use the unsubscribe link we include in our marketing emails, update your settings in your OppaiMan/Patreon account, or contact us directly at the email help@oppaiman.com.

If you no longer wish to receive messages from Oppaiman.com through other websites and channels where we are present (social media and other stores such as Steam, Itch.io, Patreon, and others), access your respective account and change what these parties can share with us.

To block, manage, delete, or limit tracking technologies like cookies, you can change your browser or mobile settings. Please be aware that in some cases, blocking or disabling cookies may hinder the proper functioning of OppaiMan services, and some features may not be available.

Some parts of the world offer individuals specific choices regarding their respective personal information under local legislation. Note that these laws apply to OppaiMan Services and Applications whenever applicable.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to file a complaint with the local data protection authority.

INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING

We are a global gaming company with operations worldwide. OppaiMan's policy is not to share your information with third parties for such purposes if you choose to opt-out. EU Privacy Laws and Data Transfers

OppaiMan is a global company. By using our Applications and visiting the Store, you agree that your personal data may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States, as described in this policy.
