How to Send a Diagnostic Report
- Open the launcher.
- Click your profile avatar.
- Select Help.
- Click Send Diagnostic Report.
- Click Send.
- Copy the Diagnostic Report ID displayed after submission.
Contacting Support
When contacting support, please include:
- The Diagnostic Report ID.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Screenshots of any error messages.
- Videos or screen recordings, if available.
Providing as much information as possible helps us diagnose and resolve issues faster.
