How to Report a Problem

If you encounter an issue with the launcher, sending a diagnostic report helps our support team investigate the problem more quickly.

How to Send a Diagnostic Report

1. Open the launcher.
2. Click your profile avatar.
3. Select Help.
4. Click Send Diagnostic Report.
5. Click Send.
6. Copy the Diagnostic Report ID displayed after submission.

Contacting Support

When contacting support, please include:

• The Diagnostic Report ID.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Screenshots of any error messages.
• Videos or screen recordings, if available.

Providing as much information as possible helps us diagnose and resolve issues faster.
